Any reference to TimingEquity in this document shall mean Teabull Asset Timer Ltd and its subsidiaries. This document shall operate as a legal agreement between member and Teabull Asset Timer Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue any use of this Site.

    Teabull Asset Timer Ltd may cancel a member’s subscription without explanation. TimingEquity offered by Teabull Asset Timer Ltd may also cease operations at any time and will in such case honor remaining time in member’s subscriptions or will issue member a prorated refund. Member agrees that it is members sole responsibility to re-subscribe to membership on or before the  current subscription expires to ensure uninterrupted service. Member understands that Membership subscriptions expire automatically at the end of their stated term. Members understands and agrees that all Membership subscription fees are neither refundable nor transferable. Teabull Asset Timer Ltd may at anytime change or alter its stock market timing strategy and the format it offers TimingEquity Memberships. 

    Teabull Asset Timer Ltd either owns the intellectual property rights, or has acquired the necessary permissions from content providers or suppliers, in all the content, information, software, products and services on this Site and Communications transmitted to members from time to time, including all text, HTML code, multimedia, images, graphics, Java Code, and icons.
